Terms of Service

Last updated 24 August 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and FinPulse. The short version: you connect your accounting software, we show your numbers back to you, you pay a flat monthly fee and can cancel whenever you like. FinPulse only reads your books, it never moves money, and it is not a substitute for your accountant.

1. This agreement

FinPulse is provided by Finalytics Centre of Financial Excellence - FZCO, a free zone company registered with the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, trade licence number 45380, with its registered office at DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai ("FinPulse", "we", "us").

By creating an account or using FinPulse you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it, and "you" means that company. If you do not agree, do not use FinPulse.

Our Privacy Policy forms part of these terms.

2. The service

FinPulse connects to an accounting system you already use, reads your financial data, and presents it as a dashboard covering your cash position, receivables, payables, profit and loss, balance sheet and a short-term cash outlook, for you and the colleagues you invite.

We currently support Xero, QuickBooks Online, Zoho Books, Odoo and Wafeq. We may add or remove supported systems over time. Which figures are available depends on what the connected system exposes to us, and some systems expose less than others.

New accounts start on a sample company with fictional figures, so you can see how FinPulse works before connecting anything real.

3. Accounts and your team

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address, so keep access to that mailbox secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

An organisation in FinPulse is administered by whoever created it. Administrators can invite people, set their role as Admin, Editor or Viewer, and remove them. Anyone an administrator invites will be able to see that organisation's financial data according to their role. You are responsible for who you invite and for removing people who should no longer have access.

You must give accurate account information and keep it current.

4. Free trial

New organisations get a five day free trial with full access. No card is required to start it.

When the trial ends, your own financial data is locked until you subscribe. You keep access to the sample company. Nothing is charged automatically at the end of a trial. You are only billed if you choose to subscribe.

5. Fees and billing

FinPulse costs AED 599 per month per organisation, with unlimited team members included. That price is exclusive of UAE VAT, which is added at the applicable rate.

  • Payments are handled by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details.
  • Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
  • Each organisation is billed separately. If you run several organisations, each one needs its own subscription.
  • If a payment fails we may retry it and will email you. If it stays unpaid, access to your own financial data is suspended.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the billing section of your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, and you keep full access until then.

Fees already paid are not refundable, including for partial months, unless the law says otherwise or we have clearly failed to provide the service.

7. Your data

Your financial data is yours. We claim no ownership of it. You grant us only the permission we need to read it from your accounting system, store it, and display it back to you and your team, for as long as you use FinPulse.

You confirm you are entitled to connect the accounting system you connect, and to let us process the data in it.

An administrator can disconnect the accounting system at any time from the Connections screen, which revokes our access and deletes the data we derived from it. You can also revoke access from within your accounting provider. The Privacy Policy sets out how long we keep things and why.

8. FinPulse is not financial advice

This section matters, so please read it.

  • FinPulse presents figures derived from the accounting system you connect. It is not accounting, audit, tax, legal or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for your accountant or auditor.
  • The figures are only as good as the books behind them. If your accounting system is incomplete, unreconciled or wrong, FinPulse will faithfully show you something wrong.
  • Forward-looking views, such as the cash outlook, are estimates based on assumptions. They are not a forecast you should rely on for a commitment.
  • Do not use FinPulse as the source for statutory accounts, tax filings, audits or any regulatory submission. Use your accounting system and your accountant.
  • FinPulse only reads. It never changes anything in your books, and it has no ability to move money or pay anyone.

Decisions you take after looking at FinPulse are yours.

9. Connected services

Xero, QuickBooks Online, Zoho Books, Odoo, Wafeq and Stripe are independent services with their own terms, which you are responsible for complying with. We do not control them. If one of them changes its interface, restricts access, or goes down, FinPulse may be unable to refresh or display some of your data, and we are not liable for that.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • connect an accounting system you are not authorised to access;
  • share your sign-in access with anyone, or let people see data they are not entitled to;
  • copy, resell, sublicense or white-label FinPulse;
  • reverse engineer the service, or try to extract its source code;
  • probe, scan, overload or interfere with the service or its security;
  • use FinPulse unlawfully, or to store anything unlawful.

11. Ownership

We own FinPulse itself, including the software, design, brand and everything we produce. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while your subscription is active. Nothing here transfers any of our intellectual property to you.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely and without obligation to you.

12. Availability

We work to keep FinPulse available and accurate, but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime commitment. We may carry out maintenance, and we may change or discontinue features. If we make a change that materially reduces what you get, we will give you at least 30 days notice by email.

Your figures are refreshed periodically rather than in real time, so what you see may be several hours behind your accounting system.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if your payment stays unpaid, or if we are required to by law. Where circumstances allow, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right.

You may close your account at any time by emailing finpulse@finalytics.ae from the address on your account. On termination your right to use FinPulse ends, and we will delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent the law allows, FinPulse is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that the figures it displays are accurate, complete or fit for any particular purpose.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost goodwill, or loss or corruption of data, however it arises.

Our total liability to you for all claims in any twelve month period is limited to the fees you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

16. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your use of FinPulse in breach of these terms, or from your connecting an accounting system you were not entitled to connect.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material, or if we change the price, we will email account administrators at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use FinPulse after that date means you accept the change. If you do not accept it, cancel before it takes effect.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
